The wait is over...The Blue Apron is BACK!
Join us this Thursday, October 23 for the first public opening day of the school year!
To start the semester, students will serve a limited menu as they get back into the groove of running a full restuarant.
After this week, Blue Apron will be open most Tuesdays and Thursdays for lunch.
Come hungry and support our culinary students at the Warsaw Area Career Center!

The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant.
If there is a school delay we will still be open, but if school is canceled, we will also be closed.

In French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for it's “student in training” approach. Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.
