Students will pull information from their cards and from their books to write diary entries as if they were the passengers. #ExperienceWCS #ExperienceLakeview #MrsBoggs #Titanic #History

Parents/guardians should enter the drop-off/pick-up line on Geneva Street. If traffic is backed up, parents should line up on Geneva Street (the west side of the building).
Please pull as far forward as possible before dropping off/picking up students. The drop-off area is designated by the green bar on the map below.
Passengers should quickly and safely exit/enter their vehicle to keep traffic flowing.
Students should exit/enter the vehicle from the passenger's side door to avoid walking into potential oncoming traffic.
After you have dropped off your student(s), please double-check to make sure that everyone is clear of the vehicle before you proceed forward. Exit the parking lot at a safe speed.
Parents/guardians should ALWAYS USE the designated drop-off/pick-up line. Parents/guardians should NEVER drop off or pick up their student(s) in the parking lot across the street from the school.

"Attention to those attending tonight's home game, September 8th:
The High School Athletic Department welcomes all students and parents to the football game tonight. There is a student section for middle school students unless they choose to sit with their parents/guardians. Students are asked to stay in the stands during the game and not congregate in the area behind the bleachers. We ask that students have rides home promptly after the game so that the area can be cleaned and secured. We encourage parents to accompany students to the game but if you are not staying, for student safety and security, we ask that parents plan to be in the parking lot to pick up their child before the end of the 4th quarter. Please remind your student that school rules apply at all school athletic events. Student issues could result in disciplinary action and/or consequences from your students building administrator.
Thank you for your help in ensuring a safe and fun evening for all!"

Mr. McCollom's Biology students took a field trip to Lakeview's very own Winona Lake Channel for a Bio-Chem Unit to test the health of our water. Students had a practical lesson on how to test the PH levels and analyze the results (7.5 = close to neutral = healthy). Students also had the opportunity to find and study aqua macroinvertebrates. What a great way to learn science! #ExperienceWCS #ExperienceLakeview #Biology #Chemistry #Lakes #MrMcCollom #OutdoorClassroom #Science
