Volleyball practice is cancelled this evening to allow our janitors time to set up the Gym for parent teacher conferences which will be tomorrow from 3:30 -7:00.
Yesterday in Mr. Weaver's PLTW class the students were practicing the real world skill of measurement. Mr. Weaver tied the learning to both math classes and the orthopedic industry. What a great class.

Today Mr. McCollom's Biology class applied what they are learning in class to test the water quality of the canal. They looked for macroinvertebrates and tested the water's turbidity.

Today Mrs. Christenberry not only worked on literacy skills with her class, but also provided life instruction about how to create a well written email. The students learned about what to include and not include in an email.
