Blue Apron to Reopen Thursday, October 23, with Limited Menu

WARSAW, IN — The Warsaw Area Career Center (WACC) is excited to announce the reopening of The Blue Apron, a student-operated restaurant led by culinary team Mr. Craig Streby, Mr. Eric Jacko and Miss Victoria Heinsman. This year, thirty-one new and returning culinary students are preparing to welcome guests back for the 2025–26 school year.
The first open day will take place Thursday, October 23, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Guests are asked to enter through Door 10A at the Warsaw Area Career Center (1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw, IN).
To start the semester, The Blue Apron will feature a limited menu as students adjust to a full-service restaurant environment. Following the grand reopening, The Blue Apron will be open to the public most Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The menu will expand throughout the semester, offering a variety of made-from-scratch soups, salads, sandwiches, entrées and desserts, which are all prepared and served by WACC students.
Community members, staff, and guests are invited to dine in and support these talented students as they continue developing their culinary craft. For more information or menu updates, please email blueapron@warsawschools.org.
