White Chicken Chili – Cup $5 / Bowl $6
This soup is hearty, warming, creamy and perfectly comforting. It is topped with toritlla strips, Cheddar cheese, and cilantro.
Caramelized Onion Burger – $12
Every bite of this burger has a sweet and smoky flavor, topped with caramelized onions, bacon, Pepper Jack cheese, and a homemade chipotle aioli. This is all stacked on a buttery Brioche bun and garnished with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion. Served with house-made chips.

The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant.
If there is a school delay we will still be open, but if school is canceled, we will also be closed.
ADVANCED CULINARY ARTS
In French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for it's “student in training” approach. Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.
The Blue Apron is located in the Warsaw Area Career Center.
