The restaurant takes pre-orders before 10:00 am on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Reservations can also be made for your group by calling
574-371-5074 or emailing blueapron@warsawschools.org or by clicking on Blue Apron Reservation Form for a fill-in-form.

Chef Special – Linguine with Creamy Tomato Sauce   $8
This dish is made up of al dente linguine coated with a beautiful, creamy tomato sauce.
 

Cheesecake du Jour – New York Cheesecake with Strawberry Glaze – $6
Our New York style cheesecake has rich and creamy filling set in a graham cracker crust, and topped with a strawberry glaze.

The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant.
If there is a school delay we will still be open, but if school is canceled, we will also be closed.

In French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for it's “student in training” approach. Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.
