Who We Are

The Blue Apron is a student-run, full-service restaurant located in the Warsaw Area Career Center on the Warsaw Community High School Campus. We're open to the public!

Why The Blue Apron

In French cuisine, the color of a staff member's apron denotes their level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for its “student-in-training” approach.

If school is delayed, we will still be open.

If school is closed, we will close.

  • When school is delayed, The Blue Apron will operate on its normal hours.

    When school is closed, The Blue Apron will also be closed.

  • No! There is no need to pre-order your meals unless you are very pressed for time. Feel free to send us an email if you’d prefer to pre-order!

  • We try to rotate every 3 weeks.
