The restaurant takes pre-orders for carry-out and dine-in.  Place your pre-order by clicking on Blue Apron Order Form.

Reservations can also be made for your group by calling

The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant.
If there is a school delay we will still be open, but if school is canceled, we will also be closed.

In French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for it's “student in training” approach. Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.
