It’s time to lace up your running shoes for MEN’S CROSS COUNTRY SUMMER CONDITIONING

No Running Experience Necessary!

Weekdays starting Monday, July 6 at WCHS

Conditioning Workouts begin at 5 pm

Meet at the S-Building near the football field.

Bring a water bottle & come dressed to run.

Restrooms will be open.

Face mask required when not participating.
