Blue Apron will be open this week on Wednesday & Thursday,  11:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Entrée - from the Chef line

 - Chef Special - BBQ Bison Burger
     - A lean flavorful Bison patty, chargrilled to perfection, topped with melted sharp white cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, crisp sweet and spicy pickle chips, with our signature tangy BBQ sauce; nestled in a whole grain bun, complemented with our house made chips.
 - Cubano with chips - Full or Half

 - Hoosier Hand-Breaded Pork Loin with Chips
 - Impossible Burger with Chips
 - Fettuccine Alfredo - with an ADD Chicken option

Soup - from the Potager

 - Soup Du Jour - Minestrone - Bowl or Cup

- A traditional Italian vegetable Minestrone soup with hearty flavors and a pesto garnish.

 - French Onion Soup - Bowl only
 - Delicious Ham and Potato Soup - Bowl or Cup

Salad - from the Garde manger
 - Tennessee Hot Chicken Salad
 - Caesar Salad - with an ADD Chicken option
 - Express Box Lunch TO GO - Ham and Cheese, Broccoli Salad, Cookie, Chips, and a bottle of Ice Mountain water.

Dessert - from the Bakery
 - Dessert Du Jour - Red Velvet Cake
    - A two layered mashup of chocolate and vanilla cake topped with whipped cream cheese frosting and a dash of cocoa powder.
 - Cheesecake Du Jour - Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

     - Two classics in one; a graham cracker crust and a creamy coffee filling, topped with whipped cream and caramel.
