Warsaw, IN - The Warsaw FFA chapter recently competed in the Indiana FFA State Chapter Meeting Leadership Development Event on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Lebanon HS in Lebanon, IN.
For their effort, the Warsaw FFA Senior Chapter Meeting team earned fifth place in the State! Members on the team include Breanna Thompson, Lilly Haywood, Alyssa Swanson, Anthony Taylor, Thomas Boggs, Jazmyn Taylor, and Rylan Cooper.
The Warsaw FFA Senior Chapter Meeting team had to demonstrate the correct procedures of a chapter meeting, including opening ceremonies, order of business, and closing ceremonies. A few of the skills required in this event include knowledge of parliamentary law and use of parliamentary procedure to conduct an orderly and efficient meeting and present logical, realistic, and convincing discussions on the topics presented. The team is coached by Ot Schroeder and Chapter FFA Advisor Jacob Riley.
