The Warsaw FFA Chapter has teamed up with the Kosciusko County Combined Community Services to help with their Adopt-a-Family program again this year. This is also a great example of Warsaw Community Schools mission to mark the 2022-23 school year as a ‘Year of Kindness’ in our schools and community.

The Warsaw Agriculture Dept. and FFA Chapter adopted a family in the community to make their Christmas merry and bright. The collection of donations for the family started in late November. There were two Christmas trees in the Warsaw Community High School Agriculture rooms with ornaments labeled with items for the adopted family. FFA members and students pitched in to make this family’s Christmas one to remember and so they can enjoy their time with family. Payton Kohler and Cale Wise served as the Adopt-a-Family Committee Co-Chairs for the Warsaw FFA Chapter.  FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.

Mahala Shepherd, Warsaw FFA Member, concentrates on making the gift wrapping just right.
