Students in Mrs. Bartman's Plant & Soil Science classes recently learned about what different colors in soil can mean. They also got a chance to learn about what a Munsell Soil Color Chart is and how to use it! For this particular lab they had 6 different soils that they had to identify the value & hue. The value and hue were then used to determine the actual color of the soil based on the Munsell Soil Color Chart!
One of Chef Bragg's culinary students, Antonio Garcia, recently carved this watermelon into a swan for their family meal during class.
